As of this moment, this download is still v99 for me, but no doubt this will change soon
Some of us are old enough to remember the much anticipated release of Firefox 3 back in June 2008, which was a widely publicized event.
(From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firefox_early_version_history#Firefox_3 )
This was still before the rapid release cycle of Firefox began with v5.
I've been using Firefox since v1.5
It's already available here:

Not on Tumbleweed yet. Ahw darn.
What a milestone
I really hope that Firefox survives in the longer term, but then I hear about these scary scenarios in which Chrome/Chromium overtakes everything

I use Firefox Nightly on Android, a great way to enjoy my add-ons from PC on the smartphone.
BTW Mozilla has just updated links above (download+releasenotes). Now it's fully out.
Anyone else remember when the original name of FF was Phoenix?
Yep. Phoenix > Firebird > Firefox
Not sure when I started using (probably around 0.3), but I know I was using Mozilla Suite and its revolutionary "Tabs" feature before they broke Phoenix out of it. Anything to get away from Internet Explorer.
The way things are going maybe they should now start counting down to 0.
