I am not bothered with their marketing lingo, that's just stupid thing to do considering they don't differ from many other "hosting specialists" marketing around, however that's my short comment one year later in case you overlooked:
Not one single issue, no downtimes, etc means that I don't have real experience with their "methodologies" (whatever that means...) and no need for support department, but "no bullshit" service they run seems ok. That's more than I can say for many other more popular hosts I use.
