Cheapest dedicated server out there?

Just want to play around with it so would prefer something for ~5$ (or less).
Kimsufi is always out of stock for me

Don't see much for less than $5, electricity, networking, markting, paying for the server over (maybe) 2 years, payment fees, paying out staff/support and taking something in as profit seems too much to fit into $5.

"Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian. "

For less than $5 better you get VPS which have more power. Or just spin VM on your computer.
