HostHatch Chicago 2TB Storage & 8GB NVMe For Transfer

I am offering for transfer the following two HostHatch VPS in Chicago. These VPS have more resources and a lower price then HostHatch's more recent offers. Both were originally BF 2020 offers that have been upgraded to EPYC CPUs. The storage server has 10TB monthly transfer instead of the original 6TB.
Internal networking is enabled on both as I used them together during the building and testing phase of a project.
I have confirmed with HostHatch support that the VPSes can be transferred to a different HH account, but I do not know how long it will take HostHatch to transfer the VPS to your account after the transfer request has been submitted.

Is the NVME still for sale? I would pay extra
Your NVMe is 10x faster storage than mine in Chicago.
But I've lost all love for HH being on week 5 of involucrated 1TB server.
If the previous two people fall through, I'd love to have the NVMe.
I also showed slow disk speed in the past on block size 512k and 1m yabs.
Never on 4k and 64k block sizes. It's been fixed twice.
Buyer was made aware of past issues.
I expect the NVMe is now also sold.
