    You can get such vps if you are fine with no ipv4(ipv6 only). Scaleway is 50 cents a month on ipv6 only VPS 1GB ram, in netherlands. You should be able to get a free proxy for ipv4 website on cloudlare and ipv4 other ports tcp udp proxy on hax.co.id
