Free VPS page stealing resources?

I found a free VPS page, won't mention the name since they are sketchy. They seem to be using other companies resources. How is that profitable? Are they stealing resources?

What do you mean? Maybe they are a reseller that likes to giveaway free VPS as a hobby? Else, maybe they are requiring you do something to trade for said free VPS that they might be reselling for free? I believe plenty more reasons that this could occur, they just haven't come to my mind yet.

They are a chinese telegram group not a company.

Idk, regardless of what their affiliation, anyone can do what they are doing. Just find somewhere you can resell for and then give it to others for free.

They're not free, you just haven't figured out their monetization method.

My guess is that they're paying for a dedicated server then giving away VPSes on it for free. Not really sketchy - that's how free webhosting works too. There's just no guarantee your VPS will be there for any long period of time.

I have literally never heard it that way 🤔 People on LES use "OGF" to refer to this forum because it's the "original" one.

No, they dont steal anything, they pay it for you. This is just they new project, before they have free vpn and it is almost 10 years, this website sponsored by their other paid services(vps, vpn, hosting etc)

I have using it long enough to know this
