GreenCloud Coventry Network Issues

Was wondering if anyone else is having network issues with their GreenCloud VPS' in Coventry?

I've been having awful latency to mine, from multiple places - in the region of 3-4s per ping. An MTR from xTom's looking glass seems to be showing the same too

    It could be your server (not responding to ARP properly) or the host node (loose fiber connection).

    I'm having same issues. It is stable now but this is the 3rd time it happened since 8 March.
    I have an open ticket since. Closed once but since it keeps happening I decided to keep it open. This is from last night;
