How to get 20 credits towards Hetzner cloud?

I'm an existing Hetzner customer that would like to newly purchase a Hetzner Cloud account.

I saw this deal in a few places, at least one site says it's still valid:
"Get free 20 Euro in cloud credits" when purchasing Hetzner Cloud:

When I click through those offers Hetzner won't let me log into my account. I can login normally without the special link. Do you know if there is a coupon code I can use inside of Robot to purchase Hetzner Cloud?

Maybe Hetzner Robot is the wrong place to purchase this as I see many offers for discounted servers, none for cloud.

That link is a Hetzner Cloud referral link and as you are an existing customer it does not appear you are eligible for any working referral code: https://console.hetzner.cloud/assets/legal/Referral-Programm_en.pdf

Referees may not have been Hetzner Online GmbH customers within the last 12 months.

Bummer! Thank you for that explanation. I figured I would be there "new cloud customer" having only used their dedicated servers.

No exceptions Katie @Hetzner_OL ?
