I need this configuration

2x e5-2xxx v3/v4
128/256 GB Ram
16/32 IPv4
2x 480 GB SSD SATA or NVME
paypal payment method
budget 90$ for 128 GB Ram and 160$ for 256 GB Ram
I need more servers like this, I'll use them for fluxnode
I don't need hetzner because it has very expensive IPs

    With raising Power and ipv4 prices. At least not in EU. Those CPUs can be Power heavy

    But they are still very Popular and selling fast like warm bread. Even at higher prices, double then OP budget (without additional ipv4)

    We don't have IPv4 though.
    You can buy IPv4 from Organic Vegan Hummus and setup VXLAN tunnel.
