The thing is. I honestly mean it like that. Its not fun.

I know what people can come from HF and I know what people can come from LET.

Just one Examples to compare:

HF skid "Do you have spoof server?"
LET Mjj "Does your server Support IP masquerading?"

Both are the same and both get me wanting to quit Business

And believe me or not, from HF you also can find legit customers. Otherwise I would have left this place.
You can't call this place a Hacking forum anymore. Most are noobs. The Biggest and most active section on there is the marketplace. Not the related Hacking topics. Im also browsing marketplace only

But since there are people interested in Computers and IT, well, why not.

OP should visit spamhaus or similar spam lists and find the most spamming ASN/Hosting providers listed and buy vm from them. simple as that.

Digitalocean might allow bulk Email but their IPs are already flagged by most blacklists. (No idea about 'spam' mails anyway)
