    In fact, GreenCloudVPS transfer fee is cheaper if the transfer is less than 10 times.
    In any case their both transfer fees are normal or even lower.

    Some may buy a lot of vps when promtion and resell to other to gain profit.
    If only for your friend,just reinstall the system and tell me the password,even no transfer that works. Your friend pay you to renew the vps,all under you control pannel.

    You had two free transfers, I see no reason why you would need a 3rd transfer within such a short time interval, or any time interval at all. I see nothing wrong with the fact that they are willing to charge you for the transfer at this point.
