Hosthatch has never been able to use it properly. What should he do?

Considering that its assigned to the abuse department - I feel there might be a whole lot more to this story.
That's what I picked out when I filled out the paperwork, and I sent it out to several departments.

Hosthatch support is not very good... Took them 2months to make my VPS show up in their control panel
How many new tickets/updates did you make in the 4 months? They resolve tickets starting from the oldest tickets.
Thats a bad excuse, its 4 months... They'd have to see the ticket right? And I doubt he kept bumping it every day.
In my case they always answered "we will fix it" and "soon" etc for 2 months before I told them im going elsewhere if its not fixed. Then it only took a day or so.
People buying HH services at this point have no reason to complain about support.
It's well known it's dog shit. You're accepting that by buying anything from them.
