They refuse to enable the flag i need to be able to run kvm servers, and that is fine. But, can i run containers without those flags?

Basic System Information:

Processor : AMD EPYC 7702P 64-Core Processor
CPU cores : 10 @ 1996.248 MHz
AES-NI : ✔ Enabled
VM-x/AMD-V : ❌ Disabled
RAM : 31.4 GiB
Swap : 0.0 KiB
Disk : 1007.8 GiB

    Yes you can, no nested virt needed for docker/lxc on Linux. :)

    So i can install proxmox as normal, and use that, but not kvm vms, correct?

    Correct.
    KVM needs that flag, Docker/LXC does not :)

    Thank you. Wanted to confirm before i install proxmox and have to spend a week to 100% remove it after i screw up :D
