Swedendedicated and Amazon AWS are only ones with local anti-ddos protection in Sweden. All other commercial available ones for colos like Colt, i3d, Voxility are remote ones.
Its technically possible to find a provider from local IT, but it likely costs like mad.
Germany,France,UK are much cheaper areas to get a solid anti-ddos protection.
Can you get us an indication about what has to be protected exactly? Game, website, database server or some other application?
