It depends if the 2 cores and 2tb justify paying 5 euros more for you

keep 1650v2 because it has more cores and twice the disk space.
By the Laws of Value, the 2x4TB needs to be kept.
What's your current usage stats on each machine?
Keep the 1650v2 one, better performance and twice the memory and storage for only 5 €.
What would happen if you drop tbe 1620v2 one? You won't get upset about choosing this or that, and you'll soon drop the other one.
