Anyone got any experience with OVH and they’re datacenter in LON? As good as France with DMCA?

  • I've seen a lot of warez hosting (video) use OVH Poland more and more, for instance doodstream uses their poland location quite a lot, but also their France, so yeah.

    None of them will ignore it per se, they each have a tolerance limit, it truly depends on the amount you might get per day/week/month.

    If you are thinking in DMCA ignored, OVH is not clearly your choice...

    Seems Very explicit.

    Maybe you shouldn't steel someone else his work and host it on your server without permission.

    Then you don't have to worry about DMCA requests. :/

    OVH doesn't ignore, the will forward it and if you don't take action within 1 week they will suspend your services.

    That doesn't mean they aren't dealing with them, it could just mean that you've not yet attracted one for them to deal with.
