There are many, but in my experience DigitalOcean is best. Very stable and reliable.

I don't think its right to compare pricing of (DO / Linode / Vultr) with LET offers.
I had move a VPS (with 5-6 wordpress websites) from vultr to a LET provider of same configuring. My websites used to go down for few minutes everyday. My VPS provider said: CPU usage goes above allowed limit.

We have OpenVZ 7 VPS Plans available in Mumbai, India, If you are still looking for it.
I don't think there are any "lowend" providers that will do it cheaper than DO/linode in India.
The pricing at DO/Linode/Vultr is only so high if you judge it against traditional EU/US countries where its cheap to host and lowend providers can pump out cheap deals. When you compare DO/Linode/Vultr pricing against less common and more expensive locations they come out the same or very slightly worse than the lowend.
I always say the only real benefit of these providers is their vast global network, and that consistently seems to be the case.

Yes, due the pricing is higher here in India. However, we are going to modify the plans and add more Bandwidth on the existing plans and pricing, around 100-200GB Bandwidth on all the plans.
