I would recommend kimsurf KS01 or 02, if you plan to do some downloading while also storing your data, at least you no need to worry about the node's other user, the resources is all dedicated to you, as for normal storage usage, the provider above is fine, @servarica_hani @LiteServer will be my go to choice in the storage VPS provider category.

@HostHatch 250GB HDD is $15/year.
Due to IPv4 pricing, it's unlikely to come back, but they will still release 500GB HDD $30/year during festivals.

There's always Deep Atlantic Storage that provides unlimited sorted storage for free.
Not a VPS though.
