Hi everyone :)

I m thrilled to announce you a new product line within OVHcloud, which unify Kimsufi, So you Start & Rise dedicated servers into a single website.

https://eco.ovhcloud.com/en-ie/

You will find all KS/SYS/RISE servers you already know. No options, we propose only unique servers configuration. With a choice of more than 100 references, you are guaranteed to find the right servers for your project and budget.

What's new ?

  • benefit from OVHcloud manager with more features than current KS/SYS manager
  • Mensual payment available even for commitment
  • All OVHcloud subdomains for countries (APAC..) are now available for SYS/KS product :)

If you already have a kimsufi/So you Start, you don't have any impact. You can still manage your server on KS/SYS manager. We plan to migrate those service to OVHcloud manager later this year. You will be informed about it.

    Hello,

    Good news,

    It's possible to transfer IP

OVH Dedicated Server to -> OVH Eco server?

Addition IPs are possible to eco servers?

    Thank you

Looks like a major step forward, only thing I've noticed; SYS IPv6 has gone from /64 to /128 according to the Eco website - also no mention of included IPv4 addresses for SYS/RISE - has this changed as surely people should be made aware of this if so (as well as moving IPs between Eco ranges themselves e.g. SYS <> RISE; if Eco becomes the parent range, there shouldn't be limits on moving IPs between the sub-ranges)?

Any plans to bump the Kimsufi speed to more than 100mbps in the near future? That's probably the biggest con that turns customers away from your low-end servers.

  • Look out for misleading advertising on their website

Same flawed interface as OVHCloud. Neat.

Back end back to normal. Sorry for the incidence.

Sadly nope, Kimsufi to Rise yes.

TIL you can transfer IPs from Kimsufi to the more premium offerings. I assumed Kimsufi boxes were permanently tied to their IP. Only saw FAQ entries about failover IPs being possible to transfer from SYS to Rise/OVH

Best seller deals show they are available in Singapore but when you try to order it, Singapore is not in the list.

  • Nice looks clean, will it be possible to transfer our ks/sys to ovh?

@ninzo59 said: into a single website

My opinion - Put the product ID back, next to the description, like "KS-LE" or "SYS-1-SSD". The ID would help me (and probably other repeat customers) quickly identify what I want without having to read every product's description to see which one matches what I want.

  • Will be interesting to see if the panel migration enables any new features, such as IPMI on the new Kimsufi E5 servers

  • I have account in OVH, SYS, KS and all same email. so what will happen if you make them into a single website ?

  • The integration management is quite convenient, but I would like to know how to merge the login email accounts of each site if they are different?
The admin panel of OVH is complicated and huge, and it is slow to load.

Kimsufi has had a low port speed for over 10 years when are they going to be bumping it up?
