Livestreaming is resource intensive task isn't it ? I don't think you could get a VPS under $10 for that very purpose.

Nope, 4 cores - 4 GB Ram wasn't enough for me, there was a lot of frame drop. Using Oracle 4 cores and 24GB ARM Service was better, but the CPU is still over 70%

I doubt for $10. You have to consider you would still be using cpu 24/7 for that and any host that does this for you at $10 would be a charity case or you would hit their aup for overusing. It's not impossible but highly improbable. Are you sure $10 per year is all you can afford to do this? I feel this might be doable on a 20-30 dollar per year vps assuming it has enough bandwidth allocation.

• KVM ( 2 cores | 1 GB RAM | 2 TB bandwidth | 100 Mbps port ) : For pre encoded content.
• KVM ( 2 dedicated cores | 2 GB RAM | 2 TB bandwidth | 1Gbps port ): For live encoding content.
