I just don't know if that CPU supports 128GB, some places publish it as 128GB and others 64GB so it's possible while the server may have 128GB of RAM in it, only 64GB will be usable. I'd suggest underclocking the CPU so it doesn't overheat with the single 40MM fan.

(edit) Oh and of course USB will be premium USB 3.2 Gen 1, waterproof, and up to 90MB/s

The Integrated Memory Controller supports up to 128GB of DDR4-3200.
