I would ghost-buy one too. Not for the steller uptime or ample bandwidth, but as a means to directly support a colleague over there :-)

I was going to suggest ITL DC, but they stopped the sale of services in Ukraine and provided this sad status update: http://status.itldc.com/incident/105

They are still a great provider for many other regions. Also, to clarify: they are technically not an Ukrainian company anymore, but their roots were there and they employ Ukrainian staff.

Thx for the info. Sadly I not found it earlier.
I have a good experience with itldc.com also. My UA VPS is still available (I not detected outage since this war situation started). I can recommend them. (but I think, any UA provider cannot guarantee the stability & service availability at this time)
