My VPSs go offline since few days ago but the 'create ticket' button on their new client panel redirect to client area's homepage and both old panel ticket and email have no response.
Is there any one have the same issue recently with this provider?

You need to write a strongly worded letter to the editor of your local newspaper.
Just email them. Their email is on the first line of their homepage.
the owner does not look at tickets. he only responds to discord.
and it must be between 8am to 10am only.
if your vps is too cheap and not worth his time, then bad luck.

Neither provider has ticket support, but I have better automation and proactive monitoring than Boomer so that my services rarely have an outage in the first place.

Maybe he cancelled your plan without notifying you, like he did with me lol. I knew what I bought, I have no shame. I just know karma catches up with people over time.
