EPYC 7282 in my 30gb normal NVME VPS
Are you happy with the performance so far? do you have a benchmark?
Check benchmarks here: https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/172493/contabo-new-us-locations-no-setup-fee
Quite disappointing. I'll pass, thanks!
oversold ones
very slow cpu's
Doesn't matter how awesome a CPU is when it's overloaded to brim.
Hi, Contabo uses 64-bit CPUs.
is that "EPYC 7282" even real lol
Maybe my experience was atypical but I had a Contabo NVMe VPS in Seattle for a few months and it performed pretty well for my use case (I had constant 15-20% CPU load). YABS:
Thanks for clarifying, I was concerned they might be 65-bit CPUs.
I haven't heard of a 65-bit CPU.
Most common are 32- and 64-bit CPUs.
Some hardware routers use 128- or 256-bit specialized CPUs.
I do have a few 69-bit CPUs lying around.
I could put it up with my awesome IPv9 service, but it would take a while because I still need to port the network stack.
