You have better conn to Orange Poland yet?
Last time I used your service everything was going to Germany with Orange Poland which caused a lot higher ping than even London servers.
Also UPC Warsaw was going to Poznan instead of directly to your datacenter in Warsaw.

Don't think they will allow public trackers but private ones are fine
Over the last few months, we have expanded our network. Not only in terms of link width (port size) but also in terms of new national and international uplinks. We have direct contact with the polish part of the Orange network, we are also a member of their Internet Exchange. We have a direct peering with Amazon and many other operators, and we have connected other global operators, mainly supplementing those parts of the world that used to be hard to reach from our network, such as Tata Communications.
