Run VPS copy locally
Hi all, is it possible to make a copy of my vps (win or linux) and try to run it locally on my laptop (under virtual box or similar)?
I have access to Virtualizor panel and noVNC and rescue access.
Currently it's not possible to get a snapshot from the provider... what options do I have?
Thanks.

via Rescue you could DD that disk to another vps or your local machine.
(a not smart idea) show history, and run locally one by one
Boot your VPS and local VM in rescue then do:
ssh [email protected] "dd if=/dev/vdX bs=1M status=progress" | dd of=/dev/vdX bs=1M
If you can upload an ISO you can use clonezilla to backup your system to other vps.
If you cant, you can boot to netbootxyz from ipxe and you can run clonezilla from there.

Using you can move the vps disk image to the local node..
Do you have a guide or similar?
