Can you recommend a VPS provider for use as a VPN for private use?

Spec:
1 IPv4
bandwidth 1 TB
port speed minimum 100 Mbps
location europe de, nl, fr, pl, se, no
virtualization KVM

    The only question is what do you want to run over the vpn ?

    Filesharing, torrent, porn ? Copyright protected material ?

    Then the provider must shut up and not communicate with the authorities

    Its very easy to get KS-1 now which is dedicated and good for vpn, almost every day there is stock. Use https://checkservers.ovh/ for stock notify. Cheaper option greencloud top provider sale 2222 in ro or uk. Check their thread
