we need
"ST150" 250GB storage hosting plan
so we can use the credits
Thank you Mike.
At the same time I think you should seriously reconsider your business plan.
Giving out credits to anyone for free isn't a healthy and sustainable plan unless you have a capital of Amazon/Microsoft's scale.
Set an expiration date for promo credit like a month, or make the credit only available for minimum purchase amount of xx USD?
After all you want legit customers rather than free riders.
My account ID is 802921. Thank you for the offer
I was always using my residential IP which is what caught me off-guard. Probably some outdated GeoIP databases or something? Since the IP ranges are relatively "new" (aka. 3 years ago, but still) from my provider.
Anyway, it's enabled now. Thank you. I didn't get the credit, though..
EDIT: I just checked the e-mails I got from InterServer and it points to the wrong IP used.

is not my IP, and it points out to be from StackPath. I guess that's why my account got disabled, but it's certainly not from my side.I feel honoured I inspired a dear non-English speaking friend to quickly copy and paste my text.
i have enabled the account. do not use proxy when updating contact or billing info.
Especially when people have the same taste
the ST200 package is $5 a month. You can get an 8-month free ride out of it.
You are right. Interesting issue. I have reported it internally. Thanks.
