Its up now, down for 1 hr 32 min, report from hetrixtools
The monitor Client Area (https://client.bimasoft.web.id/) is back UP (HTTP 200 - OK) (It was down for 1 hour and 27 minutes).
That one hour of downtime is enough for me to make a manual work order for my customer.

I just view the html source code, it is surely boxbilling. And the footer clearly states "Powered by BoxBilling".
