For the low/middle tier providers for dedicated servers in the say sub 50 euro per month bracket, are there really any other providers other than Hetzner and OVH(SoYouStart/Kimsufi)?

Where at?
Theres reliablesite, theres clouvider, theres Zare, Fraction Servers, etc etc.

I'm looking in Europe mainly, not super latency sensitive so UK/Scandi/Germany/France etc are all ok
