I have been a customer for over 6 months maybe more. Opened 1 ticket about the ddos protection rate limiting incoming connections from my home network. Was professional and timely. Right now having issues with their whmcs installation keeps sending me to login repeatedly. Probably an issue with their WAF protection since im on a load balanced connection and the ip is different from my home network. It works if you are accessing it from a single ip. Just those little annoyances the vps and network is pretty decent.
