Their customer service is very good. Helped me solve a lot of problems. Reply speed is okay. I misunderstood them before.

I can't confirm your experience. My two tickets mentioned above have been merged and closed without any response. I've opened another ticket on Tuesday to have an IPv6 subnet assigned which hasn't been responded to yet.

This is indeed a fraudulent merchant. Server CPU performance is almost zero. Basically unusable. Now my server is gone again. Reject Romanian merchants.

Does anyone have a yabs of this? Last time I tried them (years ago, but even last year I saw a review confirming it) their network speed is 10-50Mbps not anywhere near 1000.
