You are wrong, it will probably assign you a different IP in a different prefix.

Hello, its a fake selfmade screenshot, you can never get this on our site. When you order VPS you got single IPs, if you need IPv6 network its ordering in our site on other link. Prices for IPv6 networks can be found in https://justhost.ru/services/iplease/ after registration.

I can't see any AS4809 from China Unicom's MTR result

if you only have one cn2 location, don't add other DCs in the thread
if cn2 is only for China Telecom end users, don't say it's full cn2

Connecting to a DC who has cn2 transit does not means you are connected to cn2.

RASCOM's private peering with China Telecom is in Frankfurt / Amsterdam and the two cities are definitely not within Russia.

We have limited single IPv6 order, so screenshot was a fake, regular user without source code modification can't get it, and can order IPv6 networks from another site link.
