I don't think so, you can ask them though they'll likely answer quickly.
Wouldn't it be possible for you to buy two servers and organise your setup so that it works well that way (i.e. database on a server, php-fpm + nginx on another...)? If external bandwidth is what you're after you could use the DB one as a reverse proxy and a round robin to redirect your users to both servers...
edit: VPS 3000 G9 12M iv might fit your needs if you're not looking for double the bandwidth and would be ok with slightly more RAM and SSD but less cores.
