Looking for hosting providers with IPLC/CN2 GIA who allow public VPN/proxies

Hi,

I am searching for IPLC/CN2 GIA dedicated servers or VPS who allow to host public VPN/proxies. Nothing illegal here. I have found plenty of them, but they don't allow to it and have their own VPN service.

  • 1GBps bandwidth
  • minimum 1 TB traffic
  • Possibility to order IP change
  • Locations: Japan, Taiwan, South Korea or Hong Kong.

Nice to have:

  • Dynamic IP
  • Ignores DMCA from seeding torrents
  • Allows to buy extra bandwidth or support bandwidth pooling
  • English website and possible English speaking support

Thanks!

Only in mainland China is the term "IPLC" used.
Note that in the Internet this type of private network is called "SDWAN"
Also, terms like CN2 and GIA are limited to China Telecom's business. No one would be interested in going to China's network. :)

  • so stupid chinese mjj

  • Locations: Japan, Taiwan, South Korea or Hong Kong.
    Ignores DMCA from seeding torrents

none of these locations can ignore DMCA, you can consider buying a North Korea server, maybe it can ignore DMCA

    public VPN/proxies. Nothing illegal here.

public proxy= free open proxy=enjoy abuse

    1GBps bandwidth

    more than 5000usd/month

trust me is not worth it. you have permanent timeslot issues. I am doing it, actual half of my server are not working.... always new topics.

Astrill or express VPN are great. I dont want extend Astrill anymore. I want try https://www.ivpn.net/, they allow wireguard on settings for a router and port forward.
VPN Service provider have unlimited traffic is really a great contribution. For excamble 7 user less than 10$ the month. In IVPN. net you can check the server usage woth is reaply great for planing the servers.

If you go the ways with the own server, one of the most important homepages are https://www.dnsleaktest.com.

    No it's not.
As a internet service provider you can not be held liable for what people do over your servers and it's perfectly legal. I run various tor exit nodes and was even raided because of bad stuff someone did over it but in the end i was cleared from all charges by the prosecutor after he learned that the server was a tor exit node.

Asian companies usually don't care about DMCA and I told that it would be nice to have company who does not care about "DMCA". This is not mandatory.

Which companie(s)? The only company I know in Asia that ignore DMCA is Shinjuru, Malaysia. but internet is very expensive there compared to SG.

So your argument that public vpn/proxy doesn't lead to illegal activities is that crimes were committed and prosecution followed? I don't think that has the intended effect you thought it was.

Being held liable isn't relevant whether illegal activities occur. They still occur.
