Hey. My friend needs VPS with following specs

1/2vCore (E5 v2 is fine)
4GB ram
10GB SSD
500Mbps bandwidth
1.5TB traffic
Under 45euro / yr
KVM
EU location (DE/NL/FR preferred)
1x IPv4

For Minecraft server with friends, mini blog etc.

I saw AlphaVPS offer for 45yr, but he doesnt need that much CPU power and wants to see if he can save money with 1/2vCore.

I have an almost unused server at php-friends. I'm just running Bitwarden, but I could move it to another server. If they allow transfers, we can initiate it.
