I'm searching after a provider who can offer a Dedicated Server with the following specs:
Ryzen or Intel Xeon
Number of Cores:6c / 12t-8c / 16t
32GB RAM
2x 512GB NVMe
DDoS Protection
Traffic: 15-30TB or Unlimited.
Location: Japan
Budget: 150-200$ USD per month - none contract
What will the server be used for?: Running gameservers (MU online)

OVH Asia is not on Japan, sir.
The linked URL is just pure SEO fraud from them, they only have SG/AU DCs.

Looking at your budget, seems not a great fit.
It's impossible to have such configuration in Japan within your budget, power and bandwidth are still expensive in Japan.

this one not that expensive, but not cheap too. < $500/mo.
@kylejkw why not consider OVH singapore? still have decent ddos protection compared to others in asia
I am using OVH singapore now, just wondering if there is a Dedicated server in Japan, because when I look for a Dedicated server in Asia, I rarely see hosting in Japan

You can contact https://www.psychz.net/, they have a JP location and their preconfigured servers don't look far out from your requirements/price range.
Vultr:
Extra bandwidth is $30/TB.
And nicely enough it is billed by the highest, so you can use 10 in + 10 out, and that's still within the 10 TB limit.
They don't have any DDoS migration though. But then, Psychz linked above lists it as not available for their Japan offers either.
