Config: E3+16G+SSD, 100M port.
Better come with 163 Network or Telia.
Would love to pick 2-3 of these in one time.

Hostodo @Hassan might have something in Las Vegas; they had this on Black Friday:

That budget is pretty difficult for any E3 dedi

choose 256gssd
That's a pretty good deal. (But is there a catch somewhere?)
No......no catch.
But E31230V2 motherboard only support SATA2.Some luck guys get V3 or V5.
That's a really good deal!
Where did you find this? I don't see it on Psychz's site.
The catch is that you have to deal with Psychz's network π Not too bad, but long-running SSH connections tend to drop even if keepalives are enabled.
Its towards the end of their listing.
Just bought one, I think perf is okay for the price. Deploy in 1h, I requested IPv6 and got replied within 15 mins.
I also got 512G disk instead of 256G SSD
Can you do a smartctl to get the power on hours for the SSD?
Quite old SSD I think. But I'm fine with disk failing, just restore from backup
u are lucky
they do have good connection to my hosthatch server, so I can route traffic there and get 800mbps, which is good enough for me
Your network looks really bad, I also have one and the net is nowhere near this speed. I'd open a ticket, I get 1GBPS on both ends with the exact same server.
This is π₯
It's always posted whenever there's a post about Psychz, haha. I've never actually listened to it until the end - Didn't realise they mention LowEndTalk in it (around 4:05).
That's pretty good. The dedicated server I got from Hostodo has 72,000 power on hours...
The problem with hdd is that you donβt know if itβs gonna die tomorrow or next decade
Doesn't look too bad, 8000 hours is less than a year at 24/7 usage
