VPS with at least 2 ips
Hi everyone, looking for a VPS strictly for dev purposes with at least 2 ips. It must be able to do nested virtualization for test purposes.
Yearly price preferred if it will keep costs down and also because it's a hassle to renew every month.
CPU: I don't think it matters that much since it won't be used for production.
RAM: 1 GB
HDD: at least 20GB (enough to run 2 OS - one for host, one for vm)
BW: 500GB would be nice even though I doubt I will ever use that much, just good to know there is a lot of headroom.
Budget: I don't know and I don't want to start with a lowball figure but probably the lower the better since I don't have much expectations other than it having 2 ips and expect it to be online for dev. Therefore all offers will be considered.
Thanks for reading!

You can get a second IP for any VPS here if you can provide a valid justification (and sounds like you do). Nested virtualization is supported too by default on all virtual servers. Smallest plan would be the Virtual Server XS for 3,49 € plus 2,50 € for an additional IP would be 5,99 €/month (excl. VAT).
Virtual Server XS:
✓ 2048 MB DDR4 ECC Memory
✓ 2 vCore AMD® EPYC® (2nd Gen)
✓ 25 GB SSD Storage (RAID 10)
✓ 20 TB Monthly Bandwidth
✓ Located in Vienna, Austria
✓ 1x IPv4 + /64 IPv6 included
✓ Up to 1 Gbps Up-/Downlink
The additional IP would need to be requested via a support ticket. All prices excl. VAT. For more information refer to the Alwyzon website, our Looking Glass and the Terms of Service.
Just curious what guest OS you'd be running with 1 GB RAM
Good question, might be Ubuntu LTS maybe 18.x else it would be centos if it wasn't for the past issues.

https://ip-projects.com/products/linux-virtual-server/ still claim to provide up to 5 IPv4 addresses free of charge with a VPS, but not sure about nested virtualization...
How to claim it?
Is this legit?
@ManishPant thanks but just to confirm, support told me that it was not allowed on their VPS line and I would have to purchase a dedicated to do that. Sadly.
Guys, thanks for the offers, most of the offers are over $6 USD which is fair but I'm kind of dreaming for something at $5 per month considering I'm not going to utilize this hard on CPU or space. It seems if I choose the EUR located VPS as above, I'm paying literally 3 EUR just for an additional IP so I was hoping there was a US based provider that might allow me to cut cost on the IP and thus keeping it within a decent budget for me (since I'll probably be keeping this VPS for at least a year OR MORE and probably idling half the time or more - dev is usually slow.)
P.S I also was in contact with PHP-FRIENDS and they are also charging 3 EUR / IP.
Oh but while ordering online it was showing that's why i referred it to you, Thanks for confirming
I think this can be done with providers which offer IPv6 free of charge, just allocate an IPv6, problem solved.
I have some 20 defined (but only some, used concurrently) VMs in my KS-LE and they have weird IPv6 routing.
Speaking of that, the IPs might be MAC-linked so you might have to do some 1:1 NAT or some other scheme like that.
friend hosting, dedicatedservers.ro (astimp) and JustHost have reasonable prices for ipv4, all active here

No clue if this provider is any good but the pricing is quite good.
I have one of these plans and tbh its has good performance for the price and they do come with 2 ip addresses. But they are OpenVZ and not KVM.
Thanks
