They now have two platforms, old one for existing servers, and newly developed for BF ordered machines/services. There could be something wrong with the auth system, but users may try the reset link to regain the correct password.
Servers ordered but not deployed may require a longer period to arrive. The best guess, if they don't arrive at the new panel, would be the end of this month. I still see the TYO AMD plan's finalising inside the panel.
What do you mean by not able to contact them, tried sending mail to their support mail directly ?

It would be wonderful if sometimes people would actually read through the forum instead of just randomly opening new complaint threads about stuff we have already discussed over and over.

Yes, you are right, they have not delivered all of the servers from Black Friday, they told you in the advertisement that it would be around December 30th, they didn't provide any specific date. They have done this in the past where it takes them time to deliver things, if you followed directions your order will be delivered and when they deliver it your billing will start from that date, so you will not lose any part of the agreed term.
If you have concerns, open a single ticket and write them and then be patient for a reply. As you have a billing issues you will be ticketing about, their billing team only works during the business week so you likely won't get a reply back till Monday or Tuesday, but if you are patient and don't just keep bumping the ticket, they will reply to you.

All our servers with them are working and online. I can login to control panel (new one here: https://cloud.hosthatch.com/ and old one here: https://manage.hosthatch.com/) without issues.
Yes Several time on all their email from several emails
I tried to recover or change password several times, I am able to change email (with verification) but when finally logging in I always end up with an "your email has to be verified, you'll receive another email" and this email never arrives.
So weird

well I red had a read but after more of a couple of week of no reply from their sales/info/support , complaining makes me happy, we all love the same sport
During the blackfriday deals, I couldn't order anything from cloud.hosthatch, it kept directing me to manage.hosthatch. My account had same issue, I made new account on manage.hosthatch to try to get blackfriday deals and they weren't available there. So I assumed you can only order those deals on cloud.hosthatch.
Their website is a loop that you can't get access too.

I actually think my password reset nightmare was indeed being lost in between the two platform, now I can at least log into my account, and I can wait for the services to be delivered.
