Hetzner - IP price went up, but I don't need multiple IPs, so it is still very cheap.
Netcup - Very cheap VDS if Hetzner's servers are too big. Also got kind support team.
MXRoute - Bought their BF deal because self-hosting is just unstable AF. Very cheap, reliable.
