Is this no more a one man show? Did you hired staff to provide timely support in case of disaster?
You always seem to focus on the negative side.
It was an one man show when we first started.
Became 2 man show around 2 year mark.
Was 4 man/woman show (2 main, 2 support).
Main 2 (Roy) left (refer to the post you are basing this question on).
Man 1 (me) got knocked down by life.
Support team was still there, but too many processes required manual intervention and approval (man 1 and 2 didn’t really build proper internal processes and documentations. Ya know, usual small business issues).
So once man 1 recovered, he restructured everything. Hired a CTO (fancy title I know). Rebuilt a support team of 6 additional staff, including 2, l3, 4 l1/l2), creates fantastic internal documentations, invested in automation and redesigned workflow. Which means, less things requires single persons intervention. If l1/l2 can’t resolve, it gets escalated to l3. If l3 can’t (super rare cases) gets escalated to CTO and Myself and while I still oversee all the processes, CTO takes care of them, based on my set guidelines. Unless these are sales related issues.
All these resulted in myself, getting a decent amount of free time to focus on improving myself and my baby (Nexus Bytes). I have self reflected a lot and became a much more positive person, with a happier perspective on life.
You should do the same to yourself
Thank you for your continued business and being a member of the family. Oh wait, you are neither. But hey, still thank you for the concern
You have been heard. I promise you
Honestly you're the only main provider that I don't have a service with. Waiting for dat delicious deal
Uncomfortable questions must be answered in order to keep things transparent as possible from service provider. This is part of PR. OP answered questions, my curiosity satisfied. Due to his effort to overcome uncomfortable questions I may consider him as viable provider for personal usage and recommendation to my job. So in conclusion there is no "negative side" when you are in control. Stay cool and earn American dollars.
The promotion code entered has expired
Your SG nodes have the best latency in the region. Well, at least for me.
And comparing to similar spec'd 3900X VPS I've tried, you have the best score on GB4 and GB5.
Jay, which promo has the premium email?
And....
Couple of more hours
