I'm looking for a small VPS to run a VPN on. So a lot of traffic and small resources.
Any other privacy related country is welcome to, if it is in Europe.

If I remember correctly, OracleCloud has a Switzerland location(?) also. But sadly You can create VM's only on your "base region" (account creation region).

US companies... do you need the company to be registered in the same place @michaelnl2020? If the company isn't in the same country as the server, localization of this server has to be relativized (data can be sniffed).
