VPS with 3 DDos protected IPv4

Hello,
I'm looking for a VPS with 3 DDoS protected IPv4; nothing massive, just I want to put two ircbots and a bnc and I prefer to be safe.
Other specs are: Debian 7 32bits, a cpu (two cores are prefered, but even one is interesting) and some ram (even 64mb are acceptable, but 128mb prefered). :D

What's the best (where best mean cheaper :D) deal that I can find?

    @Steve81 how about IPv6? By my experience IRC script kiddies mostly (still) don't have IPV6 capable ddosnets. And you get IPv6 with almost every VPS. Eggdrop 1.8 now fully supports IPv6 and so does most if not all IRC bouncers.
    I can't see any cons for using IPv6 at IRC unless network does not support it.

    I've already have 6 bot on IPv6, I'd like to add two IPv4.

    some networks have the "virtual hosts" so other users cant see your real ips.

    Ramnode USA, BuyVM USA, SeFlow Italy, GinerNet Spain.

    Seflow and GinerNet has less powerfull protection, but still, they do have it.

    With either Ramnode or BuyVM 3 filtered IPs whould cost you about 90-100 dollars per year. That is without the cost of the VM itself.
