Title says it all. What are your suggestions?
Good free ones that offer stats would also be useful.

For private or public url shortener?
Never seen a private one. But why not list both types if you have them?

Would be nice if they also supported sqlite as a db option for resource limited installs.
Not self-hosted but my signature is cheaper than self-hosted(free)

Suri works great and can be hosted for free on Netlify
For ngnix (vps): https://github.com/mia-0/0x0
For litespeed/apache shared hosting: https://github.com/mwt/Apache-0x0
Just use basic auth for POST requests. You can check out a preview here:

I use https://shlink.io/
I used https://codecanyon.net/item/premium-url-shortener/3688135 for a few years now. Switched a few servers in the past years and still working great.
This looks good supports other db engines as well as SQLite.
Just curious, is your use case for a few links only or very dynamic and lots of links generated on the fly? Thank you
A few links.
I recommend suri, no need for complicated setup and database.
