  • @dustinc - I've been a customer for over a year, but never had to deal with support so I had no idea it was so good. Yesterday I had a VPS in LAXDC02 transferred to me from another member. Today I sent in a low priority ticket to get a custom ISO mounted, IPv6 addresses assigned, and a reverse DNS entry entered. This was all completed in 20 minutes.

    As a comparison I have been waiting on another LET provider, not named HH, for a response to a ticket of a service related issue for more then a week.

    Kudos to Oleg D. and the RackNerd customer support team.
