Refund not received, Advise
I paid Hostslick.com on 9 December but later they cancel my order because i was using a promotional code and they said that that promotion is expired, and till today i did not received my money back, paid with credit card via skrill,
Need advice what action should i take against that company? Im UK resident,

If they say the refund has been issued, contact your card issuer - once a vendor issues a refund it's more or less all on the card issuers end.
If they didn't say they issued a refund, contact them and check.
