    Dear customer, all PR-VVPS owned by you have been upgraded to a brand new KVM SSD VPS for you

    We have upgraded to different models for different users. The summary of this upgrade:

    1. The CPU performance has been greatly improved,
    2. Disk performance is greatly improved
    3. Support Windows
    4. Free snapshots
    =====================================

    What you need to do this upgrade:

    Migrate old VPS data to new VPS
    (If there is domain name resolution) Replace the IP address resolved to the new VPS
    Due to the different underlying layers, you cannot seamlessly migrate to the new VPS
    =====================================

    The following are the upgrade plans for different models:

    [2C-2G-40G-4T] PR-V is upgraded to [2C-2G-40G-4T] PR-M

    [1C-2G-50G-5T] PR-V is upgraded to [1C-2G-50G-5T] PR-M

    [4C-4G-80G-8T] PR-V is upgraded to [4C-4G-80G-8T] PR-M

    [2C-4G-100G-10T] PR-V is upgraded to [2C-4G-100G-10T] PR-M

    [8C-8G-160G-16T] PR-V is upgraded to [8C-8G-160G-16T] PR-M

    =====================================

    In order to remind you to back up your data, we shut down your VPS, you can turn it on and manage it through the control panel below

    Old VPS control panel login address

    https://vmaster.pacificrack.com:4083

    If you don’t have a password, just click Forgot Password and enter the registered email address to retrieve the password and log in.

  • This is the definition of "Leave the company and never use/trust them again." There's so many red flags here.

    1. They knowingly took you offline without notifying you of anything.
    2. They're changing your IP without giving you any notice/heads up.
    3. They're forcing you to migrate without any support or any advanced notice
    4. They're using a totally different "control panel" without proper migration (basically, sounds like they just reprovisioned on new hardware and new software)
    5. They're changing your annual billing invoice without first notifying you that this will happen

    There's no reason to ever stay with this company and so many reasons that they've broken their service agreement with you. Get your data, chargeback this company, and avoid anyone who is ever affiliated with them again in the future.

  • Pacificrack and his parent company, Quadranet, are 200% fraudulent companies.

  • From news. They moved to Caribbean and renamed to Caribbeanracks. And incorporated with Hostingsolutions in Curacao. Visit caribbeanracks.com for more info.

  • You mean the provider without inTEGRIDY ?
