OpenBSD Amsterdam

I want to give a shoutout for OpenBSD Amsterdam:
https://openbsd.amsterdam/

Basically: OpenBSD VM's running on an OpenBSD hypervisor hosted in Amsterdam. Part of the price is donated to the OpenBSD foundation. I wouldn't use them for anything critical, but they are fine for hobby usage.

I'm not officially affiliated with them, I'm just a customer. I just want to give a shoutout because I think it's a cool project.

  • €16,870 donated is impressive. They could have pocketed that but chose not to.

So BSD. They could go conventional way and scam, but no, they are better.

Highly recommended to visit the openbsd.amsterdam site and click around!

Much more information is provided than many other hosts.

For example, https://openbsd.amsterdam/servers.html has a network diagram plus hardware specifications and real time performance graphs for all their servers. OBSD.A even includes information about their routers.

    Don't miss the projects page ( https://openbsd.amsterdam/runs.html ) and the fans page ( https://openbsd.amsterdam/words.html ).

No relationship with OBSD.A, not even a customer. A fan, but not on their fans page.

Best wishes and kindest regards from NYC and Sonora, MX! Happy Holidays! 🎄🎅🔔❄
