maybe cyberhost admin is not user signed up this site. but cyberhost.co provided vps host.
Never heard of them.
Not really a good sign, did you have a backup of your VPS? Did they take a payment while the site is down?
they did not take a payment. and I did not backup. because I did not use the vps yet.
